We are still accepting sign ups for the 2024 season!
Folks who sign up mid-season will only be charged for the remaining number of weeks. Our season ends October 24th.
HELPFUL TIPS & FAQs:
Register as a new member. Click on the words "Sign Up!" in the menu at the top of your screen. Don't forget to choose shares after! Registering as a member, does not complete your CSA sign-up.
Log into your exisiting account. Click the "little person" icon in the green bar on the far right side, near the top of your screen. Once you are logged in, from here you can also access all the tools needed to manage your personal CSA account including updating contact info, checking on payment history, and customizing shares!
Purchase new shares. Click on the words "CSA Shares" in the menu at the top of your screen to see everything available and to make your purchases for this season.
View the items in your share that week. Click the "shopping cart" icon in the green bar on the far right side, near the top of your screen. On this page members can see everything we included in their share and how much they will be charged that week. Members can then remove things and/or click "continue shopping" to head to our Products List and customize their shares further.
Customize your share. Click the words "Shop & Customize Shares" in the menu at the top of your screen. This is the page where everything that is available each week will be displayed. Members can add/delete items and make infinite changes to their vegetable shares during their customization window.
Creating custom orders & ordering on "off" weeks. All members, regardless of share type or frequency, can order anything off of our storefront on any week. This includes folks on a bi-weekly schedule and even people with no assigned shares. Members are able to log into their account during the regular customzation window for the day they want to receive an order, and create the order by choosing any products from the storefront, then clicking the "confirm" button to finalize that order.
Create holds / Cancel a share. If you have summer plans that you know will interfere with picking up your shares, consider placing them on hold for those weeks! You can do this anytime from the "subscriptions" page in your account. Holds MUST be placed at least 8 days in advance of the dates you are trying to hold. Any shares we would have built during your hold dates, we simply will not build instead! Money that would have been spent on these shares will remain in your account. If you miss the window to enter a hold, no worries! You can always cancel that share instead, all the way up to the closing of the customization window. Cancelling a share is essentailly the same thing as placing it on hold, simply occuring after the share is already built rather than beforehand.
"How much money is left in my account?": To view the current balance remaining for your shares, first head to your subscriptions page. From there just click on the share you want to view, and then scroll down to the 'payment information' block. Here you can see the original amount paid, the current balance as of that day, and a list of each share you've paid for so far this season. Please note, share balances are kept seperate from one another, there is no "total sum of payments for all shares" in your account.
INFO FOR PICKING UP SHARES:
When and where is pick-up? There are pickup instructions inside each of your accounts, and your share emails should also make mention of the address for your specific pickup location. The window for pickup at ALL of our locations is 3:30-6:30. If anyone needs any help finding their location, please reach out!
Can I pick-up early / late? Although our crews may be there as early as 2:30 some weeks, we need this time to set up and get settled. If you need to pickup early one week, please email us ahead of time to coordinate. Please do not just show up early for your share without prior communication. There is absolutely NO late share pickup. Our farm is located 1 1/2 - 2 hours away from most of our pickup locations. Our crew works a very long day and is not able to stay past 6:30 on any occassion to accomodate any late arrivals. We apologize for the inconveience.
Bring your bags! We deliver shares in waxed cardboard boxes and we re-use these boxes as often as possible. We do not allow these boxes to leave the pickup table. Members should bring their own bags or boxes to transfer shares into. We will provide bio-degradeble shopping bags for folks to use.
What if something in my share is missing, incorrect, or just bad? Please let us know! If any of these instances happen to you, simply mention something at the pickup table or send an email to CSA@warnerfarm.com. If you notice before you leave, we may be able to fix it right there. If you don't notice till you get home, we will either credit your account for the item or send a replacement the next week.
What if I forget to pickup my share or miss pickup time? Reach out asap! All members have 24 hours to claim missed shares. If a member reaches out, we will make every effort possible to get that share back to you either at another pickup location or by saving it and re-delivering it the following week. All unclaimed shares are donated after 24 hours to our farm crew or the Amherst Survival Center, our local food pantry.
